Shipping of Early Bird Season Tickets and BIG2PASS

Notice to customers who have applied for Early Bird Season Ticket and BIG2PASS.

Early Bird Season Tickets
Season tickets will be shipped sequentially from November 18 (Fri.).
Season tickets will be sent by Kuroneko Yamato DM delivery service.
The arrival date will vary depending on the region. In case you do not receive your tickets, please contact us.
Please contact us if you do not receive your tickets.
　Please contact us if you do not receive them by November 26 (Sat.), the scheduled opening date of the museum.

BIG2PASS
For orders received by November 8 (Tue.), we will send them by cash-on-delivery mail on November 15 (Tue.).
Please note that applications received between November 9 (Wed.) and November 15 (Tue.) will be shipped on November 22 (Tue.).
Applications received by Tuesday of each week will be sent out on the following Tuesday.
