- 2 Payment method available : bank transfer & direct sale at the resort
- Direct resort sale : cash only🚩 Credit card & electronic money not available. From 9 AM to 3 PM
- Direct resort sale period : between October 1st till 29th 2023. Please be careful as the period is shorter than bank fransfer payment !
- Purchase on behalf of the holder available IF all the necessary documents are provided.
- Season Pass are scheduled to be shipped sequentially from the end of November 2023 (about a week before resort opening)
- Senior’s rate apply for customers of 60 years old and more. For users that will turn 60 y/o during the usage period can also apply as senior.
- Child’s rate apply up to 15 years old (up to middle shcoolers)
※The ID picture should be taken with the same size as a passport photo【lenght 40mm x width 30mm】
The ID must show from the upper half of the body your face clearly. (snapshots not allowed)
※Customers who applied last year can ask to use the same ID picture. Only apply to Adult & Seniors. For children, please join a new picture at the required dimension.
※ID picture media data can also be sent by emailby email at pass@nozawaski.com but will not be returned. (JPEG format only)

- the applicant is responsible for paying the transfer fee.
- If the application name & transfer name are different, please write so in the notes section of the application form.
- Early bird discount will not be applied if payment is made after the deadline.

Resort window sale
※The Pass will be handed to the applicant’s registered name on the form.
※If the person who collects the ID is different from the applicant, we will take a photocopy of the collector’s ID.
※Due to system preparation, same-day delivery is not possible even if purchased at the ticket counter
By mail
※The pass is scheduled to be sent approximately a week before resort opening.
※It will be shipped by Yamato Kuroneko Compact Express on a cash on delivery. Shipping fees are at the charge of the applicant.
