Regarding Early Birds & Nagano 6 Powder Dream Pass

This is an announcement for customers who purchase the Early Birds season pass
and/or the Nagano 6 Powder Dream Pass

『Early Birds pass holder』

The season passes have been shipped on Friday, November 17th.
Shipping is done by Kuroneko Yamato under the Compact Express type.
Arrival date varies depending on the region, however if you do not receive your season pass, please contact us at lulu@nozawaski.com

※Shipping only concern customers who requested it in their application forms.
※Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
※Please contact us if you do not receive your pass by Saturday, November 25th, the original scheduled opening date, at the above email address.

『Nagano 6 Powder Dream Pass』

Applications received until Monday, November 13th will be shipped by Daibiki (cash on delivery) method on Tuesday, November 14th.

New applications received after Monday on every week will be shipped the following Tuesday.
