March 7th (Sat) – Winter Lantern Festival ! Participants Wanted for the “Torchlight Ski Run”!

We are looking for torch holder riders participants for the Winter Lantern Festival that will be held on Saturday March 7th 2026 ! Anyone who can ski or snowboard on the Nagasaka slope with a torch in hand is welcome to participate.

For those who would like to try and help create a fantastic night time on the Nagasaka slope with the flames of torches, please sign up at the Hikage Ski School. We look forward to receiving your application!

On the day of the event, meeting is scheduled at the Nagasaka Four chairlift platform at 7:30 PM

※When applying, please be aware that due to the nature of skiing/snowboarding while holding a torch, clothing …etc. might get damaged. Additionally, we will not be held responsible for any damage to clothing … etc. caused by the torch while riding.
※Please note that the event may be canceled depending on circumstances.
※For those who need parking, please use the P1

※On March 7th(Sat), night skiing service will be suspended. We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding.
