The process of the event

To participate in the demo event, please strictly observe the following:

① Please read the “Agreement Form” carefully and participate only if you agree to its terms.
To help reduce congestion on the day, we kindly ask you to print the agreement form in advance, sign it, and bring it with you.

② At the demo event reception, we will temporarily hold a government-issued photo ID (with your address listed), such as a driver’s license.
In exchange, you will be given an “ID Card” for demo equipment rental.
To prevent mix-ups, please note your ID card number or take appropriate measures.

Accepted IDs (✅):
Driver’s license, passport, student ID with photo, Basic Resident Register card with photo, residence card, My Number card (notification card not accepted), etc.
Expired or copied IDs are not accepted.

Not Accepted (❌):
Employee ID, health insurance card, membership card, credit card, mobile phone, car keys, etc.
Customers without an official ID, or minors, may participate only if accompanied at registration by a guardian or representative who has valid official ID.

③ At each manufacturer’s booth, demo equipment will be provided in exchange for your ID Card.

④ Please be considerate and share the demo equipment. Avoid occupying the same item for an extended period.
Each item may be used for up to 20 minutes per session.

⑤ Please note that depending on the number of participants, you may not be able to try your desired equipment.

⑥ Event Hours:
April 10 (Fri): 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Last rental at 2:30 PM)
April 11 (Sat): 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Last rental at 2:30 PM)
April 12 (Sun): 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Last rental at 2:00 PM)

⑦ Before leaving, please complete the survey and return it along with your ID Card to the reception tent.
Your ID will then be returned to you.
※If you participate on multiple days, please complete registration and return your ID card (with survey) each day.
