Nagasaka Gondola Lift

The Nagasaka Gondola lift, located at the base of the mountain of the same name area, will take you up to Yamabiko Station in about 8 minutes at its fastest.
Made with glass on its entire surface, the cabin can welcome up to 10 passengers thanks to its large design in both height and width.
Furthermore, the natural ventilation system structure allows an automatic fast air refresh within the cabin through the windows for a safe ride.
More than ever, you can enjoy the superb view of Nozawa Onsen during your ride ! ♪~

Ride the brand new Nagasaka Gondola and enjoy a fresh walk in the night 🎶
Enjoy a totally different view from the Nozawa Onsen Village day’s scenery and night. It will feel like a different world !
Located at 1 400m of altitude, all around Yamabiko Station, observe a night sky full of bright stars. ✨
During your tour, relish on the supervision of your guide and look up through an astronomical telescope. 👀
Get yourself warm in the restaurant Kitchen Seavus where you can find a limited night gondola tour menu !
And after dinner, let’s delight your hears to the music of the mini concert held every tour night !🎶
Feel the cool night breeze from the mountain while taking a stroll in the garden or enjoy stargazing.

🚨For safety and security reasons, only participants of the night gondola tour can access the picnic garden area, the restaurant and concert. Customers coming with their own means (ex. private car) will not be granted access to the mountain nor tour. Thank you for your understanding🚩

The inside of the cabin has been created to be large in both height and width to give an open feeling, and offers high grade leather cushion seats that has been accented with blue as inspired by Nozawa Onsen’s image.
Thanks to that design, each person can enjoy a 46cm space seat that allows a comfort free shoulder bumps with neighbor and quietness for your ride.
Only during summer, we offer 2 special cabins with a glass floor for the more adventurous.
