The Olympic sports park is a summer training center that offers a variety of activities and amenities !
You will find 2 full grass soccer fields and a mini field.
A 2.1 km roller ski training course around the main field, also use for inline skating.
The administration building under the main field has a fully equipped gym with free-weights and machines.
You can also enjoy a 5km cross-country course around the facility that can be used for mountain bike competitions and trail running.
 Finally, The golf practice range, located between the main ground and the Minanbara southground, can welcome every one who wish to practice their swing !

Uenotaira highland beech forest cross country running course

The cross-country course is located on the Uenotaira highland at 1300m elevation. It over-looks the Hokushin 5 peaks mountains and is a great high altitude training course, with a much cooler climate than the humid lowlands during summer !

Open every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is accessible either by car or with the Nagasaka Gondola lift ～🌟
