June 13 to 21 – Kitchen SERVUS Limited Time Special Menu

At Kitchen Servus in the Uenotaira Picnic Garden, we are offering a limited-time “Bamboo Shoot Pizza” until June 21 to coincide with the Early Summer Special Gondola Operation!

This pizza is made with plenty of fresh “Nemagaridake” (a type of wild bamboo shoot), a seasonal mountain vegetable harvested in the mountains of Nozawa Onsen Village. The rich cheese pairs perfectly with the bamboo shoots!

Each pizza is baked to order, so please enjoy it hot and freshly made.

During the same period, we are also serving the local specialty “Bamboo Shoot Miso Soup (with pork)!”
