Tanuki Teppanyaki is located on the 2nd floor of Tanuki, overlooking Oyu street
and is the only teppanyaki available in Nozawaonsen. The menu features a variety of locally grown Shinshu ingredients crafted into a beautiful course menu that is prepared in front of you. Very limited seating is available and bookings are a must.
