Shohei soba is a cozy traditional soba restaurant in the main street of Nozawaonsen. It is located upstairs in the Ikemoto building, above ‘Sumo nabe.’ The house specialty is hand made soba noodles served either cold with a dipping sauce or in a hot broth. The side serve of tempura prawn and vegetables are a great value accompaniment.
